Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via Email. You can also visit our 'Track Order' page and enter your Order ID (e.g., #LBGEADER) to see real-time updates.
For non-personalized items, you can cancel within 12 hours of placing the order. For personalized gifts, cancellation is only possible if the customization process has not yet started. Please contact support immediately if you need to make changes.
Yes! We specialize in corporate hampers and bulk orders for weddings or events. Please email us at [email protected] for a custom quote.
Absolutely. On the Product page, you will find an option to 'Add a Gift Note'. We will print your message on a beautiful card and include it in the package for free.
