Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped (usually within 12 hours of placing the order). Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled, but you may initiate a return after delivery.
* Personalized items cannot be cancelled once the customization process has begun.
Return Policy
We offer a 7-Day Return Policy for eligible items. Returns are accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or different from the description.

Refunds Timeline
After we receive your return, we inspect the item within 48 hours. If approved, the refund is initiated immediately.
Prepaid Orders
Refund will be credited to original source (Credit Card/Net Banking/UPI) within 5-7 business days.
COD Orders
Refund will be transferred to your Bank Account via NEFT within 7 working days after you provide bank details.
